Shipping within Germany:

Shipping with HERMES

• Orders below €54.99: €5.20 shipping fee.
• Orders above €55.00 qualify for free shipping.

Shipping with DHL & DHL Packstations

• Orders below €54.99: €6.19 shipping fee.
• Orders above €55.00: €1.29 shipping fee.
  

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Orders are usually processed within 1–4 business days.
Processing times may be extended if the coffee needs to be freshly roasted for your order, as we only keep limited stock available, or if your order is placed outside our service hours.
Orders placed between Sunday (2:00 PM) and Thursday (12:00 PM) are processed on the following Friday and then handed over to the respective shipping provider.
Orders placed between Friday and Sunday (2:00 PM) are processed on Sunday and handed over to the shipping provider on Monday.
Shipping usually takes between 2–5 business days.

Within Germany, orders are shipped insured via Hermes or DHL.

PICK-UP:

Ordered goods may also be collected personally or by authorised third parties (with written authorisation) at our coffee roastery:

To choose this option, please select “Pick-up” during checkout.

We will notify you via e-mail once your order is ready for collection.

SHIPPING FOR PAYPAL PAYMENTS:

Orders paid via PayPal will only be processed after the payment has been fully confirmed by PayPal.

To complete your payment, you must finalise the transaction on PayPal or via our payment redirect.

SHIPPING TO DHL PACKSTATIONS IN GERMANY:

Shipping directly to a DHL Packstation within Germany is possible.

Please provide your personal DHL customer number (“Postnummer”) as well as the Packstation number during checkout.

Shipping to Packstations is subject to our standard DHL shipping rates.

DHL will notify you via e-mail or SMS once your parcel is ready for collection.

No additional fees apply.

Prior registration with Deutsche Post / DHL is required.

Shipping within the European Union:

Shipping is available to the following countries:

Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary.

International shipments are handled via DHL, DPD or UPS.

Shipping costs depend on parcel weight and are as follows:

* up to 2 kg: €14.50
* up to 5 kg: €17.50
* up to 10 kg: €22.50
* up to 20 kg: €28.50
* up to 29.9 kg: €45.50
