Coffee is complex.
Coffee contains around 1,500 different aromatic compounds – an incredible spectrum of flavors and nuances. But where does this diversity come from? It begins with cultivation in ideal climates, the careful harvest of fully ripe coffee cherries, and continues through meticulous processing methods such as fermentation or unique drying techniques. Each of these steps shapes the distinct aroma of the green beans. Our role as roasters is to bring out this natural flavor complexity through precise, gentle roasting – creating a cup that truly reflects the bean’s origin and character.
