Homemade Cold Brew
It's that simple:
Cold Brew
Cold brew coffee is extracted slowly with cold water over several hours, resulting in an exceptionally smooth, sweet, and low-acid cup — perfect for warm summer days.
You’ll need:
- 90 g coarsely ground coffee
- 1 liter of cold water
- A large container or carafe
- A filter (pour-over, French press, or cold brew maker)
Step-by-step instructions:
- Add the ground coffee to your container.
- Slowly pour in the cold water and stir well to ensure all grounds are evenly saturated.
- Cover and let it steep in the refrigerator for 12–18 hours.
- Strain the coffee through a filter.
Done! Your smooth, refreshing cold brew is ready to enjoy — over ice, with milk, or just as it is.
