The coffee is extracted with cold water over several hours, resulting in an exceptionally smooth, sweet, and low-bitterness brew — perfect for warm summer days.
All you need is:
90 g coarsely ground coffee
1 liter of cold water
A large vessel or a carafe
A filter (hand filter, French Press) or Cold Brew Maker)
Step-by-step instructions:
Add the ground coffee to your container.
Slowly pour in the cold water and stir well to ensure all grounds are evenly saturated.
Cover and let it steep in the refrigerator for 12–18 hours.
Strain the coffee through a filter.
Done! Your smooth, refreshing cold brew is ready to enjoy — over ice, with milk, or just as it is.
