ÜBER VILLAMARIA

The coffee cherries come from the Villamaría Community,
50 smallholder farming families, around Villarazo, Caldas. The harvests are processed using the Water Pillow method, whereby the coffee cherries ferment under vacuum for 48 hours, then pulped and dried for up to 20 days on raised beds in the sun.
