OL'OCHOY tastes wonderfully crisp and sweet. With notes of blackcurrant jam, plums, ripe limes, aromatic honey, and delicate herbs in the aftertaste. Very complex and clean.

Ol'ochoy Farm is located at an altitude of 2,000 meters in Nandi County, western Kenya. Linah and Paul Lilan founded the farm just a few years ago, and it is already considered sustainable and forward-thinking in its farming methods, supporting smaller cooperatives. They produce some of the finest microlots in the region, as well as tea.
OL'OCHOY means 'place without water'. With great dedication, Linah and Paul have succeeded in transforming the rugged terrain into the thriving, green farm it is today.
Hand-picked, fully washed and dried in the sun on so-called raised beds, the beans were turned every 2 hours and dried for about 7 to 10 days.
