ÜBER BANKO GOTITI
This coffee comes from the Banko Gotiti Washing Station in the Gedeo region. On the approximately 2-hectare farms, coffee plants grow in the shade of native trees and false bananas, enabling sustainable agroforestry cultivation. The smallholder farmers from Banko Gotiti deliver their hand-picked cherries to the washing station, where they are hand-sorted and processed according to strict quality standards. The cherries dry for up to 15 days in the sun on raised beds.
