The Bayter family cultivates El Vergel with innovative spirit and passion, developing exciting specialty coffee. For anaerobic fermentation, they use ripe Red & Yellow Caturra cherries, which ferment for 48–60 hours and are then dried on raised beds. A decaf that demonstrates just how vibrant and full of character decaffeinated coffee can be.
